About Support Small Business Australia
Our Perspective
We believe there are two main pillars for an individual to run a successful business, Education and Awareness.
We believe in the individual to improve their own lot in life, provided the right guidance and support is offered.
Support Small Business Australia was started to bridge the gap between human’s innate capability of greatness, and their current outcome.
We aim to bring awareness and knowledge to compliment people’s existing world view. We do this by providing a strong foundation of information for people to walk down their own pathway of life. People need to trust and do what’s right in their heart, but they also need good information to ensure they go down their best pathway possible.
How are insights generated?
Our belief is that our executive team are not the experts, nor do we know everything.
What we do believe is that the best way to solve problems, is by getting people smarter than us, onto the same page. Remove their personal ambition/goals – or at least align those goals to our organisation for the public benefit.
Also known as locking the scientists in a room and not letting them out until they have fixed the problem, though I don’t need advice from my legal team to know that’s a no go.
You can see that visually represented below in this graph I made as part of our business case to the Australian government.
